Social entrepreneurs from across South Yorkshire are invited to join the launch event of the South Yorkshire Social Economy Forum, a regional platform for knowledge sharing, networking and advocacy on the future of the social economy.

Our launch event on Thursday, 3 April 2025 will contribute to consultations on the Local Growth Plan for South Yorkshire, a new 10 year framework for regional investment and development. The forum is open to all involved with social enterprise, cooperatives, community businesses and other social economy organisations.

Speakers include Alice Rubbra, Assistant Director at South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority, part of the team designing the Local Growth Plan, and Natalie White, Practice and Innovation Manager at Power to Change, active partners in social economy development in the North East, West Midlands and Liverpool City Region.
