Social Enterprise Exchange invites you to join a new series of four online workshop sessions to support your start-up social enterprise or community project. Working with others, this workshop series will enable you to develop your concept, build a business case, plan your finances, get organised, and communicate with partners and customers.

Accelerate workshops 2 – Business modelling
Tuesday 6 February 2024, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Business case development, market research, communications plan

Accelerate workshops 3 – Financial planning
Tuesday 13 February 2024, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Financial forecasting, costs and revenue, cash flow, access to funding

Accelerate workshops 4 – Getting organised
Tuesday 20 February 2024, 10:00 am to 1:00 pm
Leadership and governance, legal structures, strategy and implementation

The sessions will be delivered by experienced advisors and coaches with guest speakers and mentors to inspire and guide you. Those attending and looking to further develop their business model will also have the opportunity to work in smaller peer-based learning groups in follow-up sessions (of around 90 minutes each) from 5 March 2024.

The Accelerate workshops are a great opportunity to learn how to start and grow a sustainable social enterprise or community project and to benefit from working with peers and experienced social entrepreneurs. This event series is free to individuals and groups in South Yorkshire who have registered for support with Social Enterprise Exchange.
