In an age where remote working blurs the line between work and home life, it is more important than ever that we prioritise health and wellbeing in our organisations. Investing in wellbeing can lead to increased resilience, reduced sickness absence and higher performance and productivity, which all help us to more easily meet our social mission.

Our next free masterclass for anyone registered on the Social Enterprise Exchange programme seeks to help you understand what addressing health and wellbeing might mean for your workplace. The session will be held on the morning of Monday 12th December at Burton Street Foundation and will be led by Natasha Hargrove, dramatherapist and head of services at A Mind Apart Theatre Company.

We will ask some big questions around boundaries, responsibilities, disability rights and support policies. This won’t be a sit and watch masterclass, it will be an active, inclusive and open conversation delivered in a safe and supportive environment. The session, aimed primarily at leaders and those managing teams, will begin with breakfast and an opportunity to network with other social enterpreneurs. There’ll be additional chances to network and to discuss your learning with others throughout the morning.

To access this valuable free CPD you must be registered with the Social Enterprise Exchange programme and your business must be based in the Sheffield City Region area. If you have questions about the event or registration please email pete@ssen.org.uk or call 07548 831962.

We have limited spaces for this event. Book early to avoid disappointment!

We ask that you please register at least three days prior to the event. Although the event is free, if you find that you are no longer able to make your place, please do try to give us 72 hours notice so that we can give relevant numbers to the venue.
