This session is the first of a new series of free masterclasses for anyone registered on the Social Enterprise Exchange programme. This interactive workshop will help you develop vital skills to help you take your business to the next level.
Our first half-day event will be held on the morning of Thursday 9 June at the Showroom Cinema and Workstation in Sheffield and will be led by Philippa Willitts, Editor at Now Then Magazine.
As a journalist, Phillippa receives a lot of press releases, and as a copywriter she has written many, so she has a huge amount of insight into both ends of the process. Working with others, attendees will get the chance to learn how to write compelling press releases and articles that can increase your reach and promote awareness of your brand.
The session will begin with breakfast and an opportunity to network with other social enterprises. There’ll be additional chances to network and to discuss your learning with others throughout the morning.
To access this valuable free CPD you must be registered with the Social Enterprise Exchange programme and your business must be based in the Sheffield City Region area. If you have questions about the event or registration please email pete@ssen.org.uk or call 07548 831962.
We have limited spaces for this event. Book early to avoid disappointment!
We ask that you please register at least 48 hours prior to the event. Although the event is free, if you find that you are no longer able to make your place, please do give us 48 hours so that we can give relevant numbers to the venue.
Delivered by Sheffield Social Enterprise Network, in partnership with Social Enterprise Exchange.
