Business Planning Workshop

As part of Social Enterprise Exchange Sheffield Live! is hosting a business planning workshop for start-up social entrepreneurs who have been accepted onto the Accelerate business support strand. It will be delivered and facilitated by specialist advisor Rob Billson. This six hour workshop, consisting of two half-day sessions, provides an opportunity to delve deeper into business planning and to bring together the elements of a good business plan framework. Rob is an experience manager and leader with many years experience in the public and voluntary sector. He has an excellent record of success in organisational and team development; initiation, business planning and fundraising for new and existing projects; and coaching support for individuals.
