Governance Review Workshop
As part of the Social Enterprise Exchange programme the CIQ Agency is running a free workshop for SEE2 Transform clients who have been accepted onto the programme focused on taking stock, reviewing and refreshing your governance, delivered and facilitated by specialist advisor Morgan Killick. Looking to the future, is it time to take stock and review the opportunities and challenges for your social enterprise, community based business or community hub post Covid-19 and consider whether your governance arrangements might need to be adapted to ensure your organisation can thrive?
This will be highly interactive and online workshop with attendance limited to 8 people/organisations.
Morgan is a highly regarded consultant with nearlyt 20 years experience in social enterprise. Morgan is a founder himself and has helped launch dozens of other social enterprises in the last 10 years. Working both privately and through funded support programmes such as Social Enterprise Exchange and Business Sheffield, he regularly advises startups and more established organisations on a range of development challenges. He is sought after for his particular expertise in areas such as legal structures, growth strategy, digital transformation and access to investment.
