Social Enterprise Exchange invites you to a masterclass workshop on ‘Business planning’ to support your social enterprise or community business. This workshop will be led by social enterprise business consultant Neil Coulson. A compelling business plan can provide the foundation for applying for a grant or seeking investment. It can also help you think about your social enterprise as a whole and how to move forward. This six hour workshop will support you to put the foundations of your business plan in place. The workshop is open to social entrepreneurs and social enterprises that are registered for support with Social Enterprise Exchange.
